招聘岗位:产品总监
岗位简述:
1) 规划全球市场的产品、市场规模和覆盖范围。我们产品的定位至关重要。
2) 了解每个目标市场竞争对手的平均定价及其策略,并总结 SWOT 分析。
3) 制定我们产品在目标市场竞争所需的规格。
4) 与研发总监合作确定我们所需产品的可行性、成本和时间表。
5) 与销售/营销团队合作,制定目标市场的产品规格,包括竞争、营销策略、销售计划、未来生产计划以及所需或期望的售后服务。
6) 总结所有成本因素并向销售团队发布成本价和建议销售价。起草销售和分销协议。
7) 从构思到移交,与生产团队和销售/营销团队一起组织样品。
8) 与销售/营销团队一起准备和设计陈列室设置。
9) 与销售/营销团队一起准备产品目录、技术数据表、研讨会脚本、促销文章、视频剪辑、公司网站设置和维护。
10)担任产品从构思到研发、从研发到生产的项目经理/团队负责人。组建销售/营销团队,合力将产品销售到目标市场。
11)建立客户管理系统。
岗位要求:
1) 良好的太阳能行业实践经验。
2) 拥有扎实的涂料行业知识。
3) 可以用英文和中文流利的交流和书写。
4) 能够适应多元文化的工作环境。
5) 准备搬迁到宁波并能够偶尔进行短期出差。
6) 有产品管理经验者优先考虑。
7) 对新产品的积极态度和“我能行”的心态可以提高研发团队和销售/营销团队的士气。
8) 鉴于当前全球地缘政治局势,优先考虑符合上述要求并在中国有足够经验的白人。
9) 能够用英语和中文向同事、管理层、客户和工作伙伴准确地展示产品。
10)能够独立工作和计划,并与同事进行团队合作。
底薪待遇:80-100 万年薪 + 奖金(提成)+ 其它奖励

Hiring Position: Product Director
Job Description:
ü Plan the product for the global markets, their market size and coverage. Positioning of our product is crucial.
ü Work out the average pricing of the competitors in each and every target markets and their strategies and summarize the SWOT Analysis.
ü Work out the desired specifications of our product to compete in the target markets.
ü Work with the R&D Director for the feasibility, cost, and timeline of our desired product.
ü Work with the Sales and Marketing team on the product specifications on the target markets in terms of competition, marketing strategies, sales plan, future production planning, and there required or desired after sales services.
ü Sum up all the cost factors and release a cost price and recommended sales price to sales team. Draft the sales and distributor agreements.
ü Organize samples with the production team and sales & marketing team from conception to handover.
ü Prepare and design the showroom set-up with the sales and marketing team.
ü Prepare product catalogues, technical datasheets, seminar scripts, promotional write-ups, video clips, company website set-ups and maintenance with the sales and marketing team.
ü Work as a project manager/team leader for the product from conception to R&D, and from R&D to production. Line up the sales & marketing team to work as one to sell the product into the target markets.
ü Set-up of CRM.
Job Requirements:
ü Good hands-on experience in the solar industry.
ü Has a solid knowledge in the coating industry.
ü Can speak and write fluently English/Chinese.
ü Can adopt to the multi-cultural working environment.
ü Ready to relocate in Ningbo and able to go occasional short business trips.
ü Preference given to those with product management experience.
ü Positive attitude to new product and has a “can do” mindset to raise the morale of the R&D team and sales marketing team.
ü Preference given to Caucasians who can fit the above requirement and have enough exposure/experience in China because of the current global geo-political situations.
ü Can present a product precisely to colleagues, management, customers, and working partners, in both English and Chinese.
ü Can work and plan independently and work as a team with co-workers.
Basic salary: 0.8-1M RMB annual salary + bonus (commission) + other benefits
